Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders placed through the Dentessa website may be cancelled. Dentessa is a brand owned and operated by Atyanta.
1. Order Cancellation by Customers
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
To request a cancellation, customers should contact Dentessa immediately with the following information:
- Order number
- Name used to place the order
- Contact details
Requests will be reviewed and processed based on the current status of the order.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be treated according to the Return & Refund Policy once the product is delivered.
3. Order Cancellation by Dentessa
Dentessa reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Logistical or operational issues
If an order is cancelled by Dentessa after payment has been processed, the customer will be notified and the payment will be refunded.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
