About the Role
As a Territory Sales Executive at Dentessa, you’ll be the face of the brand in your region. You’ll work directly with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors — introducing them to Dentessa’s product range, building lasting relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth in your territory. This is a field-heavy role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and can confidently speak the language of dental professionals.
What You'll Do
Build and manage a portfolio of dental clinics, hospitals, and dealers across your assigned territory
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to dentists and specialists
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories
Identify and onboard new distributors and stockists in underpenetrated areas
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing accounts to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction
Gather and relay market feedback — competitor activity, pricing trends, product gaps — to the marketing and product teams
Represent Dentessa at dental conferences, exhibitions, and CME events in your region
Maintain accurate records of visits, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM
Product training and onboarding from the Dentessa clinical team
Direct exposure to a fast-growing brand with room to grow into senior sales or management roles
